I have attached copies of my certificates and any other required information/documentation as stated in the application. I understand that this is an application to a non-profit organization and that acceptance is not implied by the completion of this application. I furthermore attest that, if accepted for membership, I will abide by the bylaws and SOG’s of this organization. I also understand that failure to return equipment, uniforms, or other items belonging to Cove Fire and Rescue upon me leaving the organization may result in legal action and that I shall be liable for any cost incurred in the collection of these items.
